Vehicle windscreen and window glass claims
If your windscreen or vehicle glass is cracked, chipped or broken, the process of booking your vehicle in for repair is now even easier.
If your vehicle policy includes windscreen cover, simply select your chosen repairer (Smith & Smith or Novus Auto Glass) and provide your details including Insurer name and policy number. The repairer will liaise directly with your insurer, making this a seamless and easy process to save you time.
If you would prefer to use your own local independent repairer (instead of Smith & Smith or Novus Auto Glass), please contact your local Claims Adviser and provide the details of the repairer you would prefer to use, clear photos of the damage and a written quote.
