If your vehicle glass is damaged and needs repairing or replacing contact Smith & Smith or Novus Autoglass directly and they will liaise with your Insurer and make the necessary repairs. Have the name of your Insurer and your policy number ready.

If you prefer to use your own local independent repairer please contact your local Rothbury Claims Adviser. You will need to provide the repairer details, a photo of the damage and a written quote.
