Tracy started in the insurance industry in 2014 and joined Rothbury in 2023. She pays great attention to providing an excellent customer service experience and prides herself in her problem solving and communication skills. Tracy enjoys building long lasting relationships and helping each client come to a tailored insurance solution. She holds her Level 5 certificate in Financial Services.

When she’s not at work, Tracy is usually finding some great views on a hike, playing some golf or spending time with her friends and family. She enjoying exploring the Queenstown region and loves that there is always something to do. Tracy volunteers for many community events such as fundraisers or local festivals and also finds the time to be a women’s health and wellness coach and a reformer Pilates instructor! Tracy’s always had the travel bug, having visited so many wonderful places like China, Japan, Portugal and South Africa.
