Sushil joined Rothbury in February 2009, as IT Systems Administrator who supported the business with over 115 users. With postgraduate courses in IT, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology, Diploma in computing, a specialization in Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Sushil has a strong educational foundation. He has many years of experience in IT and completed several industry specialised certifications in Microsoft, Networking, Project Management and Security. Throughout his tenure, Sushil has significantly contributed to shaping the IT infrastructure at Rothbury. Over the years, he has grown into a leadership role, taking responsibility for the service desk, infrastructure, security, and IT strategy, recently focusing on IT Infrastructure and Security.

Sushil’s focus is to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with the business’s values, with agility, reliability, scalability, and security at its core. His dedication to these principles ensures that Rothbury’s IT operations are robust, adaptable, and secure.
