Serish started in the legal industry in 2010, and previously worked as a Solicitor and then Partner at a general practice suburban law firm in south Auckland for several years and then worked at a well reputed central Auckland law firm as an Associate. She made the move to Rothbury in 2023. She works with the Business and its various functions and teams and the Executive leadership team to provide general, commercial, and strategic legal advice. Serish is also the privacy officer for Rothbury and deals with all privacy matters. 

Serish prides herself on her ability to be pragmatic and practical. She is approachable, resilient and works well under pressure. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland.

When she’s out of the office, Serish considers herself a keen foodie and loves to travel and explore new places. She spends as much time as she can with her family & friends, and is always up for getting involved with the local community.
