Sarah joined Rothbury in 2005 and brings a significant amount of expertise to the Head of Client Experience role. She was integral in leading Rothbury’s marketing and driving increased brand awareness over a number of years and is now responsible for leading strategy, design and implementation of client experience initiatives. Her focus is on improving client engagement and driving effective marketing strategies that support business growth. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing through the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.
