Romano started in the insurance industry along with joining Rothbury in 2024. He takes pride in delivering exceptional service to his clients. Romano is keen to develop strong relationships with both his colleagues and his clients, as well as utilise his experience in urban design to get involved in insuring businesses in the built environment.

Away from the office, Romano plays social basketball and enjoys watching the NBA and the Premier League. He can be found spearfishing during the summer and loves the Waitakere ranges being so close to where he lives. Romano was a sailor when he was young, training at the same sailing club as Dean Barker! He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban design.
