Roger began his financial services career in 1987 and just five years later became a 50 percent shareholder in Rothbury, going on to lead our business as Managing Director.

Over the last 30 years, Roger has overseen many company mergers and acquisitions and Rothbury has subsequently grown into the third largest Insurance Broker in New Zealand.

Under Roger’s leadership, Rothbury is focused on providing exceptional client service, expert insurance advice and tailored solutions to both businesses and individuals up and down the country.

Roger is a Board member of the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand (IBANZ).
