Rachel began her insurance journey in 2000 and joined Rothbury in 2025. Specialising in Agribusiness and Commercial insurance, she provides tailored coverage that ensures her clients feel valued and well-supported. With comprehensive experience in business operations, compliance, and claims — combined with a passion for all things rural — Rachel is proactive in her approach, with a dedicated focus on being a trusted partner, delivering quality solutions to her clients. She also holds a Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her family and actively being out and about with her horses and daughters sporting activities. She loves the Waikato for its thriving agricultural sector, strong commercial business environment, and equestrian-friendly lifestyle. Rachel is also involved with the International Thoroughbred Retirement Programme (an exclusive initiative dedicated to the welfare and rehoming of ex-Hong Kong racehorses), as a New Zealand adoptee home.
