Nicola began her insurance journey in 2020 and joined Rothbury in 2024. Focused on providing her domestic clients with both the knowledge and protection they need, Nicola takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service that goes the extra mile. She also holds a Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services and is committed to deepening her understanding of the industry.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with family, reading, and getting creative with home DIY projects. She loves Whakatane for its great weather, beautiful beaches, and abundance of nature walks. Nicola also has a unique talent for remembering song lyrics!
