Leisa joined the insurance industry in 1990 and started with Rothbury in 2021. Her career in the industry has seen her ​‘wearing many hats’ including – various brokerage roles in the Life, and Fire and General markets, as well as admin and office management roles. A highlight of her role is building new relationships and the different challenges each day brings. Her keen analytical and organisational skills allow her to remain responsive, diligent and committed to her variety of clients.

Time with friends and family are a staple of her time outside of work. To wind down she goes out walking and listens to music. She also has a creative streak and creates stunning scented candles.
