Karen started in the insurance industry in 1999 and joined Rothbury in 2024. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both broking and claims, and enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships. Karen is approachable, has strong time management skills and loves problem solving to come to the best insurance solutions for all her clients. She holds her Level 5 certificate in Financial Services.

When she’s not at work, Karen spends time with her family and 4 dogs on their lifestyle block and enjoys having a glass of wine with friends. Living in the Waikato gives her access to so many beautiful beaches which is coincidentally her favourite place to be whenever she can. Karen manages her daughters Netball team at TA college and is also part of the College Netball Committee. She moved from the UK in 2014 and considers New Zealand her home. An active and adrenaline junkie, Karen has tried it all from Skydiving to Bungee Jumping, and regularly participates in charity runs!
