Jess started in the insurance industry in 2017 and joined Rothbury in 2023. She has a background in claims, domestic broking and various broker supporting roles in both Hamilton and Morrinsville. Jess prides herself on her attention to detail and her excellent customer service. She enjoys making sure clients are happy with their service and ensuring they know she is here to help them 100% of the time. Jess holds her Level 5 certificate in General Insurance.

When she’s away from the office, Jess can usually be found spending time with family, be it at a BBQ or watching the rugby. As a huge Chiefs supporter, she often goes to watch the rugby in Hamilton with her dad. Jess was born in England but raised in Auckland, moving down to Hamilton in 2018. Hamilton feels like her true home as her dad was raised in the Waikato and her Grandfather was the deputy Mayor of Cambridge many moons ago!
