Jen embarked on her professional journey in 1997 and has been an integral part of Rothbury since 1999. Her diverse roles within the company have included broker support, broking, IT support, reporting, and Executive Business Assistant to Roger Abel. Currently based in Mexico with her globe-trotting family, Jen tackles a range of responsibilities at Rothbury. Her tasks span from managing the Income Budget to conducting due diligence, facilitating data conversions into Swift, and serving as a subject matter expert.

When she’s not immersed in work, Jen finds fulfilment in giving back through volunteering, relishing the great outdoors, savouring street food, and immersing herself in different cultures to broaden her horizons.
