Jake joined the insurance industry in 2021 and started with Rothbury in 2021. He has over eight years of construction and project management experience, including during the Christchurch and Kaikoura earthquakes and subsequent rebuilds. Jake has a thorough understanding of the client side of insurance. He has considerable experience working as a Business Development Manager, liaising with large national and international clients. Jake specialises in working with commercial and primary industry clients, and prides himself on providing sound professional advice, exceptional service, and developing long-standing relationships.

Jake is very active outside of work with running, skiing and horse-trekking. He takes part in local community runs like the Timaru Coastal Run and plays cricket socially. Jake and his partner, and their two dogs, really enjoy immersing themselves in the laid-back lifestyle and community that is Mid and South Canterbury.
