Ingrid started in the insurance industry and with Rothbury in the 2022 Graduate Program, a new initiative started this year which consists of three-month rotations in four different departments across Rothbury. She is passionate about helping people, problem-solving and prides herself on her positive attitude. Ingrid is keen to get first-hand experience and knowledge of various departments within Rothbury, which will provide greater insight into the business as a whole.
