Treena joined Rothbury in January 2022. Treena is widely known as a highly respected professional within the insurance industry, and brings a significant amount of expertise to the Rothbury Executive Team. Treena has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, having held various senior commercial broking and insurance management roles across New Zealand for companies including Lumley Insurance, IAG and most recently as Head of Client Delivery for Crombie Lockwood.

Treena is responsible for developing and supporting insurer relationships, building strategy to grow Rothbury’s business and she acts as a conduit for both the business needs and for operational delivery.
