Shamal started in the insurance industry in 2004 and joined Rothbury in 2023. He always provides a great customer service experience, is a team player and has strong negotiation skills to ensure each client gets their best possible insurance solution. Shamal holds a Sri Lankan Certificate of Insurance and an ANZIIF Certificate.

In his spare time Shamal enjoys spending time with his family on road trips and walks, along with playing some Cricket. He loves the Auckland area for its friendly people. Shamal is also a babysitter, a semi professional racer and 4WD driver!
