Rochelle began her insurance career in 1993 and joined Rothbury in 2024. With over 13 years of experience in the industry, including roles as a technical claims specialist, national claims trainer, customer service officer, sales, and project manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. After a break from the industry between 2007 and now, Rochelle’s strong communication skills, empathetic nature, and ability to connect with people make her a skilled claims adviser. 

Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys spending time with family, as well as getting creative with painting and photography. She loves Waikato for its natural landscape, local markets, and easy access to everything. Rochelle also has an impressive collection of Lego, so much so she could almost start a Lego museum!
