Richard began his insurance journey in 2003 and joined Rothbury in 2024 through the acquisition of Austinsure. After returning from his first overseas experience, he found his way into the industry in Nelson. Specialising in commercial aviation, Richard’s expertise spans aviation insurance, liability, contracts, and client service. He holds a Diploma in Business and is a Senior Associate with ANZIIF.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys quality time with friends and family, cooking, traveling, and motorbiking with his riding group. A bit of a handyman, he also loves spending time in his workshop, creating all kinds of projects.
