Rachel started in the insurance industry and joined Rothbury in 2023. She has a strong background in working alongside other brokerage businesses, helping with processing for both Commercial and Domestic clients. Rachel has a great eye for detail, and prides herself on being friendly and timely in her responses to clients. She will always go the extra mile to provide each client a bespoke insurance solution along with an exceptional service. Rachel has her Level 5 qualification in financial services.

In her spare time, Rachel can usually be found hitting the gym (especially weight training) and travelling to new locations to find hidden gems. She came to New Zealand 6 years ago by herself and decided to settle here!
