Nicole began her insurance career in 2018 and joined Rothbury in 2024. She takes pride in her time management, communication and customer service skills, working closely with clients to ensure their covers are fit for purpose. She is currently working towards completing her Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves the balance Christchurch offers, with its big-city vibe and the ability to escape to beautiful views in just 10 minutes. Nicole also volunteers as a mentor for Pillars, supporting tamariki and whānau. In addition, she holds a qualification in Travel and Tourism and is working towards a Diploma in Business.
