Nancy started in the insurance industry in 2015 and joined Rothbury in 2024. She has over 15 years experience in customer service as well as over five years insurance experience across brands in NZ. Nancy has excellent prioritization skills, great time management and prides herself on her ability to communicate well. 

Away from work, Nancy can usually be found cooking, travelling or organising family events. She loves the Auckland region for it’s fresh air and its many grassy parks. Nancy regularly gets involved in the Round The Bays annual fun run.
