Mone started in the insurance industry in 2021 and joined Rothbury in 2024. She enjoys meeting new people and building long lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues. Mone prides herself on her strong negotiation skills, sales technique and great customer service and engagement. She is fluent in Japanese and is excited for any new business opportunities that come her way.

Away from work, Mone can usually be found outdoors hiking, travelling or playing music. She loves that Wellington is the centre of performing arts and music, and enjoys being able to go to shows and gigs regularly. She even performs with the Orchestra Wellington as a percussionist! Mone gets involved with local events such as CubaDupa and Classicals on Cuba, and she once climbed the 32 meter high Mayan Pyramid in Mexico!
