Mel is a dedicated insurance professional with a background in travel consulting. Holding Level 3 and 4 Travel Certificates, as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management, she transitioned into the insurance industry in 2019. Since June 2024, Mel has been with Rothbury following the acquisition of Austinsure, where she specialises in commercial specialty risks and holds a Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance.

Driven by a passion for exploring new policies and advancing her career, Mel works with a diverse range of clients, blending industry expertise with a personal touch to deliver tailored solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys an active yet relaxed lifestyle, with a love for good food and exploration.
