Krysta began her insurance journey with Rothbury in 2024. She brings with her a diverse background in Marketing and Events within the Brewery industry, followed by several years in Operations, Office management, HR, and Delivery roles for IT and Cyber Security consultancies. With a strong foundation in organisation, technology, and people management, Krysta excels at finding solutions and thrives on driving continuous process improvement. She holds certifications in privacy training, process writing, project management fundamentals, mental health first aid, and first aid, while also pursuing a degree in psychology.

Outside of work, Krysta loves spending time with two Border Collies, Banana and Colin. Weekends often find her at local markets gathering fresh ingredients for cooking or sifting through thrift and record stores. Her passion for yoga has led her to enrol in a yoga teacher training. Krysta deeply appreciates Wellington for its scenic hikes, easy access to nature, and, of course, its outstanding coffee culture.
