Juan began his career in the insurance industry in 2017 and joined Rothbury in 2024. Known for his empathetic and sympathetic attributes, he naturally enjoys building relationships with all different types of clients. Since previously working as a claims consultant mainly dealing with Life, trauma and disability he has gained a great sense of purpose when dealing with people during difficult times.

When he’s not working, Juan loves to be outside playing sports, cycling, running and being in the ocean. He loves Wellington for its cafes, pubs, and unique character. You also can’t beat Welly on a good day! He is also part of the Knights of Rizal which reflects his good moral character and reputation in the Philippines. Juan also loves to collect sneakers and has a passion for Lego!
