Joyce started in the insurance industry and joined Rothbury in 2024. She prides herself on her patience, confidence and always being trustworthy. Joyce strives to help clients create an insurance solution bespoke to them so they have peace of mind in business. She has a Master’s degree in business administration and Level 5 certificate in General Insurance. 

Outside of work, Joyce enjoys reading, travelling and cooking. She regularly gets involved in Badminton club and Asian Parents’ Committee representative of St Cuthbert’s college. Once upon a time Joyce could be found freestyle figure skiing and playing volleyball!
