Charlotte started in the insurance industry along with joining Rothbury in 2024. She is analytical, has great attention to detail and is an active listener. Charlotte prides herself on her teamwork and communication, and she will always ensure she fosters strong relationships with both colleagues and clients. Charlotte is always keen to continue learning and developing new skills.

When she’s out of the office, Charlotte is always outdoors somewhere either playing Netball, fishing, camping or boating. She’s involved with her local Land Search & Rescue and has numerous agricultural qualifications. Charlotte loves Indian food, loves a good crime thriller (be it a book or a Netflix show), and is one half of a set of twins with separate birthdays!
