Alicia began her insurance journey with Rothbury in 2024. Her willingness to learn and strong listening skills help her build strong, trusting relationships with clients. With over 10 years of experience in customer service and administration, Alicia is well-equipped to excel in her role and is excited about the opportunities the insurance world offers.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband, three young children, and their extended family and friends. They love sunny days biking through the redwoods and often escape to Whitianga for long weekends, enjoying some amateur fishing off the wharf and beach swims with the kids. Alicia appreciates Rotorua for its strong sense of community, especially through her children’s school and sporting events.
