Abby began her insurance journey in 2012 and joined Rothbury in 2025. With strong communication, customer focus, negotiation, and analytical skills, she enjoys helping clients find products that serve them well while ensuring they understand their coverage. Abby values getting to know her clients and building strong relationships. She is currently working towards her Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Employment Relations and Organisation Studies.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family. Having trained as a pastry chef and baker, she loves seeking out coffee and baked goods on the weekends. Abby loves Canterbury for its proximity to the mountains, beaches, and rivers!
