We would like to update you on how we will be operating over the next period while there is the potential to be moving up and down the government's Alert Levels in response to COVID-19.

In regions where Alert Level 2 is in effect our branches will be open as usual and our local teams will be observing Level 2 guidelines.

At Alert Level 3 and Alert Level 4, our teams in any affected regions will be working from home and fully available via phone and email.

We successfully implemented these practices during Alert Level restrictions in 2020 and you can expect the same level of service from us through out the next period.

We know that COVID-19 is having a significant impact on businesses and people throughout the country and we are here to help if you need us. Maintaining your insurance is essential

It is really important to protect your assets and reduce the risk to your financial security. The New Zealand Government lists Insurance as an ‘Essential Business' and we are working with our insurer partners to meet your needs and deliver the same high level of service to you.

The most common question we are being asked by clients at the moment, is about Business Interruption cover for their revenue shortfall. In general, Property and Business Interruption Insurance policies exclude claims arising from infectious diseases, however please reach out to your broker if you wish to discuss this further.
