Claim example: In the early hours of the morning, on a public holiday, our Broker at Rothbury Insurance Brokers received a text confirming one of their client’s churches was on fire. Immediately our broker contacted their client to confirm he would lodge the claim and make sure everything was underway for them.
By dawn the claim was lodged with Ando Insurance. A week later the fire report came through from the fire services which meant we could then meet with the Pastor and the board.
The following week our Broker and the loss adjuster met with the church and board members to go through their covers together and to explain the process. During this time, we were able to confirm the claim was arson.
Two months later the claim was settled.
