Association Liability Insurance

Associations are exposed to a variety of risks. A wrongful act, error or breach of duty may result in considerable financial loss. 

For example, in the event of civil claims brought by members of the Association, employee claims of improper employment practices or financial loss resulting from theft or fraudulent acts committed by third parties or employees.
